Critical Sunset Auto packs fast turnaround, heavy resin, and a bold earthy-pungent profile into one easygoing autoflower. Expect a balanced lift and mellow body feel, with a full seed-to-harvest cycle of around 8–10 weeks. It’s a rewarding pick for growers seeking speed, flavor, and generous harvest potential.
Our breeders bring together Critical Mass, Sunset Sherbet, and Ruderalis for a 60% indica, 40% sativa hybrid. Critical Mass contributes sturdy growth and dense, resin-coated flowers. Sunset Sherbet adds rich aromatic character, while Ruderalis brings automatic flowering without a light-cycle switch.
The aroma opens with deep earth and a pungent, savory edge. On the palate, that robust character carries through in a smooth, rounded smoke, with a softer sweetness beneath the bold first impression. Resin-heavy buds finish the experience with a striking crystalline sheen.
At a stated THC range of 18–22%, Critical Sunset Auto delivers a lively, euphoric opening that can spark creativity and focus. A soothing body relaxation follows, creating a balanced experience that suits a relaxed evening or unhurried social time.
Myrcene, caryophyllene, and linalool help shape its earthy, spicy, floral profile. The listed terpene mix also includes alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, and limonene. Together, these aromatic notes make the strain especially appealing to fans of pungent flowers and resin-rich material suited to concentrate production.
These are autoflowering seeds, so plants begin flowering with age rather than waiting for a change in light schedule. The compact, hardy growth habit makes Critical Sunset Auto approachable for newer growers, too. Germination is guaranteed, giving your grow a confident start.
In the early stages, use a quality, well-draining medium such as coco coir or a suitable peat blend with perlite. Keep conditions warm and provide steady light; indoor growers commonly choose an 18/6 or 20/4 schedule. Consistent care from seedling onward helps plants establish strong, healthy growth.
Plants can reach around 1.5 m and develop a sturdy central stem with productive side branches. Give them room for airflow, maintain clean growing conditions, and monitor regularly for pests. Match nutrients and watering to each growth stage, and protect outdoor plants from frost and heavy rain.
From seed to harvest, the full cycle typically takes 8–10 weeks. Under suitable conditions, the listed indoor yield is 450–500 g/m², while outdoor plants can produce 450–500 g each. Expect dense, resinous flowers with a bold aroma, and plan harvest timing around the plants’ maturity and your growing conditions.
