Pineapple Express delivers a bright tropical profile, lively sativa-leaning energy, and generous resin production. With 18–22% THC and a 60% sativa, 40% indica balance, this feminized hybrid brings creative, energetic, uplifted effects to a fast-growing favorite.
Our breeders created Pineapple Express from Trainwreck × Hawaiian genetics. Its American-bred lineage draws on Mexican, Afghan Kush, and Hawaiian roots, combining tropical character with sturdy, adaptable growth.
Expect a juicy wave of ripe pineapple and sweet fruit, lifted by fresh lemon zest. Hints of pine and cedar add a crisp, woodsy finish, while resin-coated buds deliver a smooth, flavorful smoke.
Pineapple Express pairs an upbeat, creative lift with gentle physical relaxation. Its medium THC range keeps the experience potent and lively, making it a popular pick for social moments, creative projects, or unwinding after a busy day.
The terpene lineup includes myrcene, caryophyllene, humulene, linalool, bisabolol, and beta-pinene. Together, they shape the strain’s citrus-fruit aroma and layered flavor. Customers may also explore it for personal wellness routines related to pain, sleep, or arthritis; effects vary from person to person.
These feminized seeds produce female plants and suit indoor or outdoor gardens. Pineapple Express is considered beginner-friendly, with a flowering period of about 8–10 weeks. Every Grassfarmer order includes our germination guarantee.
Early growth benefits from a quality, well-draining medium such as coco coir, peat, or a perlite blend. Keep plants supplied with appropriate nutrients through each growth stage, maintain clean airflow, and check regularly for pests. The variety adapts to a range of growing environments.
Plants reach around 4.9 feet (1.5 m) and develop a strong central stem with productive side branches. Indoors, a ScrOG setup can help create an even canopy. Give plants ample light, steady ventilation, and room for their branches to spread.
After 8–10 weeks of flowering, expect dense, trichome-rich buds with impressive resin coverage. Indoor yields can reach 400–550 g/m²; outdoor plants can produce about 400–500 g each. In the Northern Hemisphere, outdoor harvest typically arrives in October.
