Meet Rude Boy OG, a hard-hitting, indica-dominant cultivar with dense, crystal-coated buds and a rich OG character. Its fast 8–10 week flowering window and powerful, long-lasting body effects make it a standout for growers chasing bold flavor and a deeply relaxing finish.
Our breeders created Rude Boy OG from Irene OG x Face Off BX1, a potent pairing with deep OG Kush and Hindu Kush roots. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, this 70% indica, 30% sativa hybrid earned third place in the Hybrid category at the 2012 Cannabis Cup.
Expect a full, earthy aroma wrapped in classic Kush depth and a sweet finish. Break open the rock-hard buds and their resin-rich surface releases an unmistakable OG presence with a smooth, mellow smoke.
With THC levels around 25–28%, Rude Boy OG delivers serious potency. The experience begins with a cheerful, euphoric lift, then settles into a powerful wave of body relaxation. It’s a natural fit for evening sessions and slow, easygoing nights.
Myrcene brings grounding earthy sweetness, while caryophyllene adds a warm, peppery Kush edge. Together, they shape the strain’s bold aroma and relaxing character. Many consumers choose Rude Boy OG when they want to unwind, ease everyday tension, or settle into a calm evening.
These feminized seeds give growers a reliable path to female plants and resinous flowers. Rude Boy OG is beginner-friendly, adaptable indoors or outdoors, and suited to temperate conditions. Every Grassfarmer order comes with our germination guarantee, so you can start your grow with confidence.
In early growth, provide a quality, well-draining medium such as coco, peat, or a blend with perlite, and keep feeding steady as plants develop. Indoors, a spacious vertical setup and ScrOG training can help create an even canopy and bring more lower growth into the light.
Plants grow to about 4.9 feet (1.5 m) and develop a strong central stem with sturdy side branches. Keep airflow moving and monitor humidity as flowering progresses. Rude Boy OG thrives with plenty of sunshine outdoors and performs well in a warm, temperate climate.
Flowering takes about 8–10 weeks indoors. Expect high yields of roughly 400–500 g/m² inside or 400–500 g per plant outdoors, with harvest typically arriving in October in the Northern Hemisphere. Dense, trichome-heavy flowers also make this strain an appealing choice for quality extracts.
Choose Rude Boy OG for premium genetics, bold Kush flavor, and a heavy-hitting finish. Grassfarmer offers small and bulk quantities at low online prices, with fast, discreet shipping and guaranteed delivery across the USA, Canada, the European Union, and the U.K.
